Runners finishing in the top 12 places at the trials (3rd October 2009) are selected to run for the West Midlands in the inter-counties race one.

Inter-Counties race two - Saturday 6th February 2010

Runners finishing in the top 12 places at the championships (23rd January 2010) are selected to run for the West Midlands in the inter-counties race two.
